Scrunch runs $250 a month for brands and $500 a month for agencies, both with a seven-day free trial. Both paid tiers track four models โ€” ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. The nine-model version, including Gemini and Claude, is Enterprise only.

Key takeaways

  • Core is $250/month: 125 prompts, 1 brand workspace, 5 user licences, 4 models.
  • Agency Core is $500/month: 250 prompts, 3 brand workspaces plus 3 pitch workspaces, unlimited licences.
  • Four models on both paid tiers. Gemini, Claude, Google AI Mode, Meta AI and Grok are Enterprise.
  • Pitch workspaces are unusual and aimed squarely at agencies winning new business.
  • Agency Core covers 1 country, 3 personas, 2 languages and 5 competitors.

Most tools in this category sell to brands and then add an agency page. Scrunch prices the two separately, and the agency tier includes something nobody else lists: workspaces for brands you have not won yet.

Everything below was read off Scrunch's own pricing page on 6 August 2026.

The four-model cap is the tier boundary

Core and Agency Core both track ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. That is the whole list on either paid plan.

Enterprise adds Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode and Grok, for nine. So Gemini โ€” one of the largest surfaces there is โ€” needs a sales call, on a product whose self-serve tier already costs $500 a month for an agency.

If your clients' buyers are on Gemini or Claude, price the Enterprise conversation into your evaluation from the start rather than discovering it in month two.

What the agency tier gets right

Three things are well judged.

Pitch workspaces. Three of them, separate from the three live brand workspaces. An agency can measure a prospect's AI visibility before the pitch, which is exactly how this category gets sold in practice, and no other pricing page in the category names it.

Unlimited user licences. Core caps at five; the agency track removes the cap. Seats are a standard upsell here and dropping them for agencies is a considered choice.

Per-brand audit allowance. Five site audits per brand per month rather than five across the account, so the allowance scales with the client list rather than being divided by it.

Where it stops

The limits under Agency Core are tighter than the headline suggests: 1 country, 3 personas, 2 languages, 5 competitors, and query fan-out is marked limited rather than included. A single client operating in three markets exhausts the country allowance on its own.

Scrunch has also just launched an Agent Experience Platform, which is a genuine strategic move โ€” optimising a site for AI agents that visit it, rather than only measuring how it appears in answers. Worth knowing where the roadmap is heading if you are buying for the monitoring.

Two honest notes. The model lists are the same size and not the same models โ€” they have Perplexity and Copilot, we have Gemini and Google AI Mode, and neither of us covers the other's pair. Their unlimited licences beat ours, and pitch workspaces are a good idea we do not have.

The difference is price per prompt and how countries are handled: theirs is one, and ours is metered โ€” a prompt tracked in two countries counts as two, which is honest arithmetic rather than a cap.

Verdict

The best-considered agency pricing in the category, and the only one that budgets for pitching. Check two things before signing: whether four models covers where your clients' buyers actually are, and whether one country is enough. Both push you to a custom quote, and the custom quote is where the $500 stops being the number.

What to do next

Before comparing model lists, find out which engines your clients' buyers actually use. A tool covering nine surfaces is worth nothing if the four that matter are on somebody else's list โ€” and that is a measurement, not a guess.

FAQ

How much does Scrunch cost?
Core is $250 a month for brands and Agency Core is $500 a month for agencies, both with a seven-day free trial. Enterprise is custom on either track.
Which AI models does Scrunch track?
Four on both paid tiers: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. Enterprise adds Claude, Gemini, Meta AI, Google AI Mode and Grok for nine in total.
What is a pitch workspace?
A workspace for a brand you do not yet work with. Agency Core includes three, alongside three live brand workspaces โ€” it is built for using the tool in new-business pitches.
How many prompts does Scrunch include?
125 on Core and 250 on Agency Core. Enterprise is a custom number.
Is Scrunch good for agencies?
The agency track is genuinely separate rather than the brand plan with a bigger number: unlimited user licences, pitch workspaces and per-brand site audits. The constraint is that Agency Core covers one country and two languages.
